Noticing a void in Singapore’s vibrant food scene. A scarcity of affordable, yet high-quality Italian street fare. Andy embarked on a mission to fill this gap, infusing his passion for fine cuisine with the vibrant flavours of Italy.

With the establishment of PAZONIA, Chef Andy and his team sets out to create a haven where food enthusiasts could indulge in authentic Italian street food without breaking the bank. Drawing inspiration from his travels and experiences, Andy’s vision is taking shape and promising a culinary adventure like no other.
